Editorial standards

Articles are reviewed by Sara Lindqvist, our Editor. Sara has worked in specialty coffee for over twelve years, including time as a barista trainer. She covers home espresso machines, grinders, and the small details that separate a good shot from a great one.

We don't fabricate testing claims. When we say a product is worth picking, we say so on the basis of what's verifiable — owner reports, manufacturer specs, and independent reviews. Where consensus is split, we say that too.
